Phi Phi Dive Camp was set up by Andrew Hewett on the 18th February 2005 as a response to handle the debris caused by the December 26th 2004 tsunami.  After the clean up operation, conservation work continued with projects such building a coral nursery, artificial nursery and removing nets damaging the coral.

The Phi Phi Dive Camp is based on the Koh Phi Phi islands are located south-east of Phuket island in the Andaman Sea, Thailand. There are six islands altogether, Phi Phi Don, Phi Phi Ley, Bida Nog,Bida Nai, Bamboo and Moskito islands.

The Phi Phi Dive Camp website is very detailed and informative, the information on the website is carefully illustrated to create better understanding of what they do.

On the left hand side of the website, there are clear subject headings for various topics, for example coral rehabilitation workshop, coral nursery and many other topics.

I found this website very interesting , as well as reading what conservation Phi Phi Dive Camp carry out, it also shows the progress of their projects and give you details on how it was done and who were involved.

Here are just a few pictures from the website.
